Tyler Wren started racing with the predecessor to the Jamis/Sutter Home squad when he turned pro in 2003. Season after season, Tyler uses his all-around talents to support his teammates and generate impressive results of his own. In 2010, Tyler was an important contributor to the more than 10 victories and 25 podium appearances in NRC and UCI events that earned Jamis/Sutter Home the #3 ranking in the NRC team standings. At the same time, Tyler enhanced his own impressive palmares with top 10 finishes at the grueling Tour of Utah and the prestigious San Dimas Stage Race. A graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Economics, Tyler switched from cross-country track to cycling after developing leg injuries and went on to become Collegiate National Road Champion in 2001 and captain of Princeton’s varsity cycling team. Tyler competes in cyclo-cross in road racing’s off season and enjoys riding his motorcycle, reading fiction, and cooking when he’s off his bike. 2010 Results 2009 Results |
